No. The Feeder + App plan is a one-time purchase that includes 25 AI identifications per month and 7 days of sighting history. Subscriptions unlock more identifications, unlimited history, and multi-feeder support.
What happens if I exceed my monthly identification limit?
Additional identifications are billed at $0.02 each. The app shows your remaining balance so you can manage usage. Overages are never charged without your awareness.
Can I add more feeders to my plan?
Yes. Birdwatcher Plus and Educator plans support additional feeders at $3/month each. The Conservation plan includes up to 25 feeders at no extra cost.
Is there a free trial of the subscription plans?
The Feeder + App purchase gives you a complete working experience. If you want to try unlimited history and higher identification limits, reach out and we can arrange a trial.
What devices does the app support?
WingWatch works on iOS and Android. The feeder connects via Bluetooth for setup and runs on your home Wi-Fi network after that.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
